1. Make a phone call from inside the vehicle

2. When visiting the vehicle owner's address

3. When sharing documents containing vehicle owner information with others. (car registration certificate 

4. When you keep photos and supporting documents with the vehicle number on your mobile phone   etc.

In case of violation of relevant laws, we (Happy Car) may hold users legally responsible and report them to relevant authorities.
